B2B Client Support Specialist role for Clipboard Health, a healthcare staffing startup. This is not a traditional call center position—you will be the frontline specialist for valuable business clients, serving as a workplace support agent. Primarily voice-based with email support as needed. Key responsibilities include delivering fast, accurate, and empathetic support to workplace customers across voice and email; resolving shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time; navigating Zendesk and Clipboard Health portal to investigate cases and maintain accurate documentation; applying critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary; developing deep product expertise to identify recurring issues; and working cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations teams. Success requires a customer-centric mindset, strong English communication skills (spoken and written), proactive problem-solving ability, and high accountability. No specific degree required—selection is based on real-world problem-solving ability. The role is 100% remote, allowing work from anywhere in the world.
