Inside Sales Contractor

Financial services startup seeking commission-based inside sales contractors to educate inbound callers on credit profiles and enroll them in services. 100% remote, worldwide opportunity. Training period (weeks 1-4): Week 1 commission-only, weeks 2-4 guaranteed stipends ($250-$425/week) or commission if higher. Post-training: average first year OTE $25k-$35k, top performers $35k-$45k with unlimited earning potential. Requirements: 1+ year sales experience, tech-savvy (CRM, Slack, Google Sheets), strong internet, desktop/laptop with 8GB+ RAM, home office setup. Training schedule 10am-6pm EST mandatory first week. Post-training: Monday-Friday shifts ranging 8am-11pm EST (specific shift negotiated at hire). Must be growth-oriented, autonomous, patient, empathetic, financially motivated with excellent rapport-building and active listening skills. Positions available for multiple shift times to support company operations.
